Cancellation before dispatch
Contact support@example.com with the order number. Unfulfilled orders may be cancelled subject to payment-provider and legally permitted processing costs.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the parcel before opening. Photograph damage or tampering and notify support promptly. Do not reveal or use the activation code while a return is being reviewed.
Returns
Eligibility depends on applicable law, product condition, sealed security packaging and whether the activation credential has been used. Activated, personalized, damaged or altered products may have restricted return rights where law permits. Mandatory statutory rights always prevail.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route after product and serial reconciliation. Marketplace escrow disputes follow the managed dispute process and must not be settled by transferring digital custody prematurely.
